For our 36 square standing seam aluminum roof on our historic home, we specified a more difficult installation, traditional hand double-overlock (rather than pre-fab 'clip' panels) and Scott happily accommodate our specs. His installation team was very skilled, responsive, and cleaned up the property well. Most importantly to us, his customer service was exceptional. Any roofer can slap a roof on your house, even a high-quality roof, and walk away.

The test of customer service comes later, when there are questions, concerns, or 'knock-list' details to be addressed. When we expressed a finishing concern (well after the job was completed), Scott came to our house the same day to make a cosmetic change for no charge, insuring our COMPLETE happiness with his work and that of his subcontractors, and thus guaranteeing we will recommend him to others for work in our historic district. Materials and labor can be purchased anywhere, but Scott's degree of attentive, professional service is rare indeed.

Scott went out of his way to drive us around the neighborhood to look at different roofs which made our decision of the roof type and color much easier. He was very accommodating to work around our schedule to start the work. Two shingles were bowed after the job and this issue was resolved as quickly as possible.
