A new roof is the best option when you have serious roofing problems. But sometimes roof repairs make more sense. Here are scenarios that a roof repair is the better answer:
- If you are moving six months to a year, repair the roof instead of replacing it.
- If the problem is limited, roof repairs may be sufficient.
- If you regularly maintain your roof the problem should be small and easily repaired. Regular roof maintenance ensures that you have smaller roof issues.
